Northeast Deka Fit & Ultra

The 2025 Northeast DEKA FIT & Ultra event will take place at Spooky Nook Sports in Manheim, PA, featuring two days of dynamic fitness challenges. Participants can choose between the DEKA FIT, which includes a 5 km course with 10 fitness zones, and the more intense DEKA FIT Ultra. This event is designed for all fitness levels, promoting endurance, strength, and mental toughness.
