Death by 5k Tyler

Death by 5k Tyler is a unique 24-hour running challenge held at Tyler State Park, Texas. Participants must complete ten 5k runs, starting every 2.5 hours, testing their mental and physical endurance. The event features a scenic yet challenging course with dirt trails, rocks, and roots.

Runners can rest between races in their cars or tents at the designated camping area. The event includes hot meals, snacks, and drinks, along with an event shirt and coveted awards for finishers. Registration is limited to 125 participants, with a waitlist available.
