Dash Through the Dirt Half

The Dash Through the Dirt Half is a running event taking place at Carderock Recreation Area, featuring 5k, 10k, and half marathon distances. Participants can enjoy fast, flat courses along the C&O Canal path, ideal for achieving personal records. The event welcomes walkers and offers a virtual race option for those unable to attend in person.
