Daniel's Race

Daniel's Race is a 5K running event held annually in Churchville, NY, in memory of Daniel Myslivecek, who passed away from melanoma at the age of 16. The race, initiated in 2005 to support Daniel's family with medical expenses, has evolved into a community-driven event that raises funds for families facing life-threatening illnesses and promotes melanoma awareness. Proceeds from the race are donated to assist specific families in need, as well as to the Golisano Children's Hospital Financial Fund and the CCHS Daniel Myslivecek Scholarship.
