Cutthroat Classic
The Cutthroat Classic is an inspiring and popular 11-mile trail run set in the breathtaking North Cascades, following the Pacific Crest Trail over Cutthroat Pass. The course begins at Rainy Pass and features a mix of gradual climbs and descents, offering stunning mountain views. Limited to 400 participants, the event typically sells out quickly.
Registration opens in September, and kids aged 17 and under can participate for free with prior registration. The event supports year-round trail operations in the Methow Valley, and participants can enjoy post-race festivities, including lunch and a complimentary drink for those over 21. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
