Crystal Coast Indoor Triathlon

The Crystal Coast Indoor Triathlon is set to return on March 1, 2025, at The GYM Cape Carteret Aquatic & Wellness. This fun and engaging event features a 20-minute swim, a 20-minute indoor cycling class, and a 20-minute run on treadmills, making it an excellent opportunity for both beginners and seasoned triathletes. Participants can choose their wave during registration, with each wave accommodating eight athletes.
