Conquer the Dam 5K

The Conquer the Dam 5K is an annual fundraising run/walk organized by Aging & Family Services of Mineral County, taking place at Jennings Randolph Lake in Elk Garden, West Virginia. This scenic event, now in its fourteenth year, features participants traversing the dam and spillway, which are typically closed to the public. Proceeds support the Meals on Wheels program, providing essential meal deliveries and social contact for home-bound elderly individuals.
