Columbia Duathlon

The Columbia Duathlon is a multi-sport event taking place in Columbia, MD, featuring a Sprint race and youth categories for ages 7-15. The Sprint event consists of a 2-mile run, a 10-mile bike ride, and concludes with another 2-mile run. Youth participants can choose between two distances: a 0.5-mile run, 2-mile bike, and 0.5-mile run for ages 7-10, or a 0.5-mile run, 2-mile bike, and 1-mile run for ages 11-15.
