Coast Guard Marathon

The Coast Guard Marathon, taking place from March 7-9, 2025, in Elizabeth City, NC, is the official foot race of the U.S. Coast Guard. Participants can choose from various events, including a full marathon, half marathon, 5K, and 1K, as well as virtual options.
