C&O Canal 100

The C&O Canal 100 is a 100-mile ultramarathon set along the scenic Potomac River, ideal for both novice and experienced runners. The course features a combination of one 40-mile loop and two 30-mile loops on the historic C&O Canal towpath, providing beautiful riverside views and a smooth terrain. Participants will encounter approximately seven aid stations throughout the race, ensuring ample support with food and drinks.
