Buzz Ryan Triathlon

The Buzz Ryan Triathlon is a multi-sport event taking place in Duluth, Minnesota, featuring various courses for participants of all skill levels. Scheduled for July 20, 2025, the event includes the Buzz Course, which consists of a 500-yard swim, a 10-mile bike ride, and a 2.5-mile run, as well as the Half-Buzzed Course, which features a 250-yard swim, a 5-mile bike ride, and a 1.25-mile run. Relay options are also available for teams.
