Bridge the Gap 5K

The Bridge the Gap 5K is an annual running event taking place on February 15, 2025, at Blue Heron Bridge, Singer Island. Participants can choose from a traditional 5K run, a virtual 5K, or a Ruck Division 5K, which involves walking with a weighted backpack. The event features pre-race refreshments, a post-race DJ dance party, and vendor booths.

Awards will be given in various age categories, and all participants receive a premium shirt, a finisher medal, and a tote bag.
