Bare Bones Turkey Trot

The Bare Bones Turkey Trot is an annual non-competitive road run held in Mattoon, Illinois, featuring 3 and 5-mile routes. Scheduled for Thanksgiving morning, this event encourages participants to kick off the holiday with family and friends in a relaxed atmosphere, without the frills of larger races. Runners will enjoy a scenic route through the Mattoon Lightworks display at Peterson Park.
