Backcountry Rise - Toutle, WA

Backcountry Rise is a unique trail running event held in the stunning Mt. Margaret Backcountry, part of the Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument in Toutle, WA.

Scheduled for September 6-7, 2025, the event features three challenging courses: a 50K, a 20-mile race, and a half marathon. Participants will experience breathtaking views, rugged terrain, and diverse wildlife while navigating the remote trails. The event is staged at the Mt.
