Asheville Independence Day Races

The Asheville Independence Day Races is a festive running event held annually on July 4th at Carrier Park in Asheville, NC. Participants can choose from a 5K run/walk, a 10K run, or a special Firecracker Loop for kids aged 12 and under. The event encourages community involvement, offering team registration discounts and welcoming strollers and dogs at the 5K.

A portion of each entry fee supports the Food Connection organization. Runners receive finisher medals, and awards are given to top performers in various categories.
