Arnold Sports Festival

The Arnold Sports Festival, one of the largest multi-sport events globally, features exciting running events on March 2, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio. Participants can choose between the Arnold 5K Pump and Run, which combines bench pressing with a 5K run, or the Arnold 5K, a run/walk-only event.
