Alsea Falls Spring Fling

The Alsea Falls Spring Fling is a running event celebrating its 11th anniversary in 2025, held in the scenic Alsea Falls Recreation Area near Monroe, Oregon. Participants can choose from three distances: a Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K, all set against the beautiful backdrop of the Pacific Northwest woods. The courses feature unique challenges and stunning natural scenery, making for an enjoyable experience.
